Ceramide, Konjac Jelly Shot
Ceramides are fats or lipids that are found in skin cells. They make up 30% to 40% of your outer skin layer, or epidermis. Ceramides are important for retaining your skin's moisture. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen which supports the normal function of skin. Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. Its complex structure is used to make connective tissue which connects other tissues and is a major component of bone, skin, muscles, tendons, and cartilage. It helps to make tissues resilient and strong and so able to be flexible whilst withstanding stretching.
